Support that meets you where you
are — emotionally and physically.
Why Postpartum Support Matters
The early weeks after a baby arrives are tender. Your body is healing. Your baby is adjusting.
There can be so much love — and also so much uncertainty. So many questions. So little sleep. Sometimes a quiet wondering of, “Am I doing this right?”
For nearly 19 years, I’ve been coming into families' homes during this season — helping with the practical things, answering questions as they come up, and offering calm reassurance while everyone finds their footing.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Some families want in-person help.
Some want guidance and reassurance between visits.
Some want both.
Here’s what that can look like:

In-Home Postpartum Doula Support in Western Connecticut
Warm, in-home support for the tender early weeks with your baby
I come to your home after birth to help you care for your baby, support you as a parent, and make the early weeks feel calmer and more manageable.
This in-home support is designed to meet you where you are — whether you're healing physically, navigating feeding, adjusting emotionally, or simply needing an extra set of steady hands.
When I’m in your home, we move at your pace.
We might talk through feeding questions while you nurse on the couch, or work through bottle or combination feeding together.
I can help you understand your baby’s cues, sleep patterns, and daily rhythms, easing into gentle routines that support rest for everyone.
While you focus on bonding and recovery, I can fold laundry, tidy the kitchen, wash dishes, and take care of bottles and pump parts so feeding feels a little easier.

Hybrid Postpartum Doula Support
In-home visits + ongoing virtual connection
Some families want the reassurance of regular in-home support — while also knowing they can reach out in between visits for more than a quick text message.
Hybrid care gives you both. Let's find the right support for you.
Virtual Postpartum
Doula Support
Real-time reassurance for the
early weeks
You don't have to carry the mental load alone.
Instead of late-night googling and falling down a rabbit hole, you have someone trusted in your corner — helping you sort through the noise and bringing clarity and reassurance when you need it most.
We meet virtually and stay connected between sessions — so when questions come up, you can talk through them before they grow heavy.
Support doesn't have to be in your home to be deeply felt.

Gentle & responsive sleep support that honors your child's needs - and yours.

Whether you're in the thick of newborn nights or thinking ahead about supporting healthy sleep later on, you don't have to figure this out alone.
I'll help you understand your baby's cues, needs, and natural rhythms — and then we'll build loving, consistent routines that feel supportive rather than strict.
No harsh methods. No forcing independence before your baby is ready. Just clear, nurturing guidance that helps your child (and you) feel more secure, rested, and confident.

Kristin has been a tremendous blessing to us.
“Kristin began helping my wife and me shortly after we returned home with our daughter from the hospital NICU. She was immediately a calming and stabilizing presence in our home and helped us during very challenging times, in just the way a loving family member would. We always felt completely comfortable and at ease around her. My wife and baby faced a range of medical situations and Kristin was always ready to answer our questions with insight and practical wisdom. Her advice with difficult lactation issues was truly first-rate; offering more insightful and effective help than any lactation consultant and doctor we visited. Kristin is effective with household matters, a source of intelligent and sound advice, and has a warm, gentle spirit. She has been a tremendous blessing to us and we can not recommend her enough."
