Baby + Child Sleep Support

For Babies and Children Ages 4 Months-6 Years

Struggling with your child's sleep? You’re not alone.

If your child's sleep feels unpredictable, exhausting, or like nothing is working anymore, I'm here to help. Whether you're navigating bedtime battles, night waking, early rising, or tricky nap transitions. I'll work with you to create a realistic, personalized sleep plan that feels right for your child and for you.

Common Sleep Challenges I Support:

  • Frequent night waking
  • Short naps
  • Bedtime battles or resistance
  • Needing to lie in bed with your child or stay in the room until they fall asleep
  • Early morning wake-ups
  • Feeding, rocking, or holding to sleep (including breast, bottle, or pacifier use)
  • Nap transitions and regressions
  • Separation anxiety
  • Bedsharing (and transitioning out, if desired)

My approach is gentle,

supportive, and built around

your family's needs.

I focus on sleep strategies that are realistic, responsive, and aligned with your child's development and your parenting style.

This is sleep teaching- a gentle, supportive way of helping your child learn healthy sleep habits over time. It's not about rigid schedules or letting your child cry alone. It's about building skills gradually, offering consistency, and creating a safe sleep foundation that works for your unique family.

Through sleep teaching, your child learns how to fall asleep independently- a skill that supports better rest now and builds healthy habits for a lifetime.

You don't have to choose between connection and better sleep. With the right guidance, you can have both.
