Bringing home your baby is beautiful - and also a big transition. I support families in Western Connecticut with hands-on, heart-centered care so you don't have to do this alone. Whether you need help with feeding, understanding your baby's cues, processing your birth story, or simply resting - I'll be there to help you feel calmer and more supported.
How I support you
- Newborn care + soothing techniques
- Feeding support: breast/chest feeding, bottle, or combo
- Time for you to nap, shower, and eat
- Light household support (laundry, bottles, dishes)
- Nourishing meals/snack prep
- Babywearing support and education
- Emotional check-ins + recovery support
- Optional Ayurvedic healing practices
- Reassurance + education to build confidence
*Every session is guided by your needs that day.
Structure & Investment
- Serving families in Western CT and surrounding towns
- Minimum of 6 hours per visit - to allow time for true rest and meaningful support
- 6-week minimum support container - because healing, adjustment, and confidence take time.
