$50/hour - 4-hour daily minimum
Available Monday-Thursday, between 10 AM and 4 PM
Travel fee may apply for distances over 30 miles each way-$50/day
You don't have to do this alone. Serving families in New Fairfield, Connecticut, and nearby areas, my in-home postpartum support brings calm, clarity, and real care into your space-so that you can rest, recover, and feel more confident during the early weeks with your baby. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or just need an extra set of hands from someone who truly gets it, I'm here to support you in ways that actually make life easier.
What’s Included:
- Newborn care guidance (bathing, nail care, diapering, soothing, sleep support, etc.)
- Feeding and pumping support (breast, bottle, formula, combo feeding)
- Emotional check-ins + recovery support for new moms
- Light household help (dishes, laundry, bottle prep, general tidying)
- Simple meal and snack prep for postpartum nutrition (I love to cook and enjoy preparing dinner for families when time allows)
- Babywearing support and education - I'll help you learn how to safely and comfortably use any carrier you already own, and I have a variety of carrier styles available to try or borrow during our time together.
- Creating a routine that fits your rhythm (and flexes with your baby)
- Curated list of trusted recommendations-I'll share my go-to referrals for lactation support, baby gear, feeding tools, and specialists who support your recovery and your baby's development (like pelvic floor therapists, pediatric providers, and more)
As a DONA-certified postpartum doula, I am approved for Carrot Fertility reimbursement and may be eligible for HSA or other insurance reimbursements. Please check with your provider for details.
