In-Home Postpartum Doula Services in New Fairfield CT
I provide expert daytime care for new parents who want more than just help—they want true support from someone who understands exactly what they’re going through. My approach is warm, professional, and backed by years of experience, ensuring you feel cared for, confident, and never alone in this journey. From nourishing meals to hands-on newborn care and emotional support, I’ll be there to help you rest, recover, and truly enjoy these precious early weeks.
You don’t have to do this alone—I’d love to walk alongside you every step of the way.
What’s Included (in-home care):
- Expert newborn care guidance and education (bathing, nail cutting and filing, diapering, soothing, sleep support, etc.)
- Infant feeding support & education (breastfeeding, formula, combo)
- Emotional support and recovery guidance for new mothers
- Light household support (laundry, dishes, bottle prep, tidying up)
- Postpartum nutrition advice and meal preparation
- Babywearing education and hands-on assistance
- Creating a structured but flexible routine that works for your family
$50/hour – (4 hours daily minimum required)
Additional travel fee for distance over 30 miles each way- $ 50/week
As a DONA-certified postpartum doula, my services are approved for reimbursement through Carrot Fertility and may be eligible for HSA and /or other insurance reimbursements. Please check with your provider for details.
